History of cooking
Born into a Spanish family working in the restaurant business, I was born in Geneva in the 70s.
Inspired by my parents, whom I'd like to thank here, it was also my grandmother Venicia who instilled in me a love of cooking. She passed on to me her knowledge and passion for wood-fired cooking, with its warm colors and exquisite aromas.
Recalling those comforting tastes and unforgettable moments of sharing, I decided to continue along the path laid out by my family,and launched my own business in 2008.
After many trips, notably to Valencia with my friend Vicente, who introduced me to some great "paelleros" chefs, I learned the basics of this traditional Hispanic cuisine.
From black rice to paellas, I am now "Maestro paellero de Valencia".
